EASY LIFT

This product is designed and entirely made in Italy by CME Kart to simplify the lifting and transportation of your go-karts. This equipment will fit comfortably in your vehicle. Safe and 100% reliable.

The Easy Lift product is available in 3 models and comes pre-assembled and tested:

• • Easy Lift 1 (allows the transport of 2 karts in the vehicle)
    

  • Easy Lift 2 (allows the transport of 3 karts in the vehicle)
    

  • Easy Lift 3 (allows the transport of 4 karts in the vehicle)

Easy Lift at the time of delivery is complete with:

• • 4 independent uprights with relative motors/reducers

  • Linear guides

  • Recirculating ball slides

  • Belt drive (Capacity 1000kg)

  • Crossbars for fixing

  • 230V power supply

  • 24V DC operation.

  • System power button

  • Up / down button

  • Emergency button

  • Manual reset thermal protectorsers

  • Up/down limit switch sensor

DURING INSTALLATION, IT IS NECESSARY TO:

• • Fix the crossbars to the uprights according to your needs

  • Fix the system to your vehicle

  • Install the platforms

  • Connect the already numbered electrical plugs

  • Position the electrical panels

  • Connect to the power supply

You can choose from 3 types of power supply :

• • 🔌Power supply via connection to the electrical grid (230v/110v). STANDARD

  • 🔌+🔋Operation with dual power supply: via connection to the electrical grid or using 24v batteries.  OPTIONAL

  • 🔋Power supply only via 24v batteries. OPTIONAL
